This page sets out what we collect on orbestudio.eu, why, who the data passes through and how you stay in control of it. Nothing is measured until you have accepted the cookie banner.

What we collect
What you give us
When you write to us or book a call, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. Nothing more, and nothing you have not typed yourself.
What audience measurement records
If you accept the banner, two tools record your visit: pages viewed, time spent, the site you arrived from, your device and browser type, your country. One of them also records mouse movement, clicks and scrolling, in an anonymised form that shows neither your face nor your identity.
We do not collect your IP address in clear text, we do not follow you across other websites, and we serve no advertising.
Why
To answer your enquiries, and to know which content actually gets read. That is all. We sell no data, we pass none to brokers, and we build no advertising profile.

Some of these providers are established in the United States. Transfers outside the European Union rely on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, and where applicable on the EU, US Data Privacy Framework.
Typefaces are called from third-party servers when the page loads, which technically passes your IP address to those servers. That is how any remotely hosted font works, and we would rather state it than leave it unsaid.

Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, its erasure, restriction of its processing, its portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, the ANSPDCP, which supervises us. If you live in France, you may also contact the CNIL.
Cookies, in practice
No measurement cookie is set before you click Accept. If you decline, nothing loads and the site works exactly the same.
Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage, under the key orbe_consent_v1. It is not a cookie and it never leaves your device.
Measurement cookies, set only after acceptance, expire after thirteen months. Calendly may set its own cookies when you open the booking widget.
Security, and changes to this page
The site is served over HTTPS only. We host no client area, no payment form and no prospect database on this domain.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Significant changes will be flagged on the site.
