If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email is stored in Brevo. Processed by Brevo SAS (France, EU). Brevo Privacy Policy.
Anthropic Claude (Aiden chatbot only)
On aiden.orbestudio.eu, the AI chatbot uses Anthropic's Claude API. Your messages are sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic does not train on customer data. Processed by Anthropic PBC (US). Anthropic Privacy Policy.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data based on:
- Consent — for analytics and session recording (you opt in via the cookie banner)
- Contract performance — when you book a call or engage our services

- Analytics & session data: 13 months maximum (then deleted)
- Contact form submissions: 3 years after last contact
